Chef Neza

Head Chef

 

Chef Neza has spent the last 19 years working in the restaurant industry. He started out as a dishwasher but quickly found his passion for cooking, the chaos, the excitement, and the camaraderie that forms in the kitchen. Chef Neza found his niche and his future within the restaurant walls. From 2003-2011, Chef Neza received training from an Italian Maestro from one of Salt Lake City’s most popular Italian restaurants. Chef continued to improve his skill as an Executive Chef at many different restaurants in the valley. As he developed his career in Salt Lake City’s restaurant scene he discovered new flavors and cultures that shaped his profession. Now at Salt and Olive Chef Neza will have the opportunity to once again make Italian food with a Salt Lake City touch. He is grateful for his family and for the opportunity that this next adventure brings.
